TWICE Member Chaeyoung Takes Temporary Health Hiatus

TWICE member Chaeyoung is temporarily halting her activities due to health concerns. JYP Entertainment announced that Chaeyoung was recently diagnosed with vasovagal syncope (common fainting) and requires additional recovery time based on medical advice.

Prioritizing her health, Chaeyoung will focus on treatment and rest until the end of the year. Consequently, she will only minimally participate in or be unavoidably absent from scheduled activities, including the upcoming world tour performances in Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.

JYP noted that Chaeyoung herself feels deep regret and apologized again to fans for missing events since late October. The agency promised to provide its utmost support to ensure Chaeyoung can return to the stage in good health as quickly as possible.
