The Seoul Central District Court ruled that NewJeans members must pay ₩1 billion (approx. USD 730,000) per unauthorized activity amid their dispute with agency ADOR. Until a final verdict on their exclusive contract, the group is prohibited from independent entertainment work without ADOR’s approval. Violations will incur a fine per instance, per member. The main lawsuit continues, with the next hearing scheduled for June 5.
