Netflix’s Squid Game earned its third consecutive win for Best Foreign Language Series at the 31st Critics Choice Awards. Following previous victories for Seasons 1 and 2, the series’ final season triumphed again in Santa Monica.
Meanwhile, the K-pop-themed Netflix film K-Pop: Demon Hunters secured two awards: Best Animated Feature and Best Song for "Golden." Director Maggie Kang described the film as a personal "love letter to Korean culture."
In other categories, Director Park Chan-wook’s I Can't Help It missed out on trophies despite two nominations. Conversely, Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein swept four awards, including Best Supporting Actor for Jacob Elordi. The annual ceremony, hosted by the Critics Choice Association, remains a premier benchmark for excellence in global film and television.
