Jeon Jong-seo Joins Henry Cavill in 100 Billion KRW Hollywood Reboot of 'Highlander'

Jeon Jong-seo has been cast in the <Highlander> reboot, a large-scale Hollywood project with a 100 billion KRW budget. This action-fantasy blockbuster, based on the 1986 film, follows immortals beheading each other until one survivor obtains the immense power of 'The Prize'.

The reboot will be directed by <John Wick>'s Chad Stahelski and produced by Amazon MGM Studios' United Label. The star-studded cast includes Henry Cavill, Mark Ruffalo, Russell Crowe, Dave Bautista, and Jeremy Irons.

Jeon Jong-seo will play a member of 'The Watchers', a secret society that monitors and records the immortals. Her non-combat role involves tracking their movements. Filming is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
