Blackpink Filming New Music Video

BLACKPINK is in the midst of preparing for a new album release, their first in three years.

On the 20th, YG Entertainment stated, "BLACKPINK will begin filming the music video for their new song this week," adding, "The members and staff are all doing their best through the final stages of the schedule to deliver the highest quality result."

They continued, "We want to express our gratitude to the fans who have been waiting for BLACKPINK's comeback. The album is in its final stages to enhance its musical quality. As soon as preparations are complete, we will share the good news through official promotions."

This marks BLACKPINK's first new album in three years. Their last album was their 2nd full album, 'Born Pink,' in 2022. As a full group, they released the new song "JUMP" this past July.

They are currently meeting fans on their new world tour, "Deadline." This past August, they became the first K-pop girl group to hold a standalone concert at the UK's Wembley Stadium. Although the four members—Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa—are with different agencies, their group activities are being managed by YG Entertainment.
