BLACKPINK is set for a highly anticipated full-group comeback on February 27, 2026, with their third mini-album, 'DEADLINE'. This marks their first physical release in approximately three years and five months since BORN PINK. YG Entertainment confirmed that the album, sharing its name with their ongoing world tour, aims to be a high-quality gift for fans who endured multiple schedule delays throughout late 2025.

During the group’s hiatus, members Rosé, Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo reached new heights as solo artists with global hits like "APT.", "Like Jennie", "Rockstar", and "Earthquake". Despite the break, BLACKPINK’s dominance remained clear as their single "JUMP" recently topped the Billboard Global 200.

For YG, this return is vital. The company recently reported record-breaking third-quarter revenues of 173.1 billion KRW—a 107.2% increase driven largely by BLACKPINK’s tour—while newer groups show slower growth. The synergy of the upcoming album and tour revenue is expected to significantly bolster YG’s financial future.

The group will conclude their world tour with three-day performances at the Tokyo Dome (Feb 16–18) and a grand finale at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium (Feb 24–26) just days before the official album launch.
