BLACKPINK Album in "Final Stages," YG Aims for "Good News" Soon

YG Entertainment, which manages BLACKPINK's group activities, responded to rumors of a January 2026 comeback. YG stated the album is in its "final stages to enhance its musical quality" and news will be shared via official promotions when ready. This followed reports that their comeback, previously thought to be mid-December, was postponed to January.

BLACKPINK's last full group album was 'BORN PINK' in September 2022. News emerged last month that the group had started filming a new music video for their first comeback in about three years. The group is currently on their 'DEADLINE' world tour, which began its Asia leg last month. While members are with individual agencies, YG manages their group promotions.
